I was totally let down by my stay. The hotel was advertised as luxury but fell far short of my expectations. The room had some serious cleanliness issues and needed significant updates. On a positive note, the staff were quite helpful, and the location was central to everything I needed. However, the breakfast was underwhelming and didn’t match the expectations set by the price.
