I was totally let down by my stay. The hotel was advertised as luxury but fell far short of my expectations. The room had some serious cleanliness issues and needed significant updates. On a positive note, the staff were quite helpful, and the location was central to everything I needed. However, the breakfast was underwhelming and didn’t match the expectations set by the price.

Rooms
5.0
The room was in a poor state with cleanliness issues, including a dirty bath and rigorous maintenance needs. It was disappointing, especially for the price paid.
Service
6.0
While the staff were helpful, the overall service experience was undermined by the state of the facilities.
Location
8.0
The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of town, making it easy to access local attractions and amenities.
Dining

The breakfast options were quite limited and not what I expected for the price; just a few cereals and toast.
Facilities

The hotel's facilities feel outdated and require attention; it gave a strange vibe rather than a luxurious experience.

7.0/10

I stayed at Boutique 25 for a last-minute getaway, and I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were quirky and comfortable, although some areas could use a bit more attention. The service was friendly and accommodating, adding to the overall positive experience. However, the limited breakfast options and some maintenance issues were drawbacks. Overall, it's not perfect, but a good choice for a night out in Skipton.

Rooms
7.0
The three-bedroom suite was clean and offered a quirky charm, complete with a bathtub in one of the rooms. However, sloping ceilings due to being on the top floor might not be ideal for everyone.
Service
8.0
The owner was friendly and made an effort to connect with guests during breakfast, which was appreciated.
Location
9.0
The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Skipton, making it easy to explore the area without needing transportation.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was a bit basic, consisting of cereal and toast without much variety, which was slightly disappointing.
Facilities
6.0
While the facilities are functional, some areas could benefit from a bit of TLC to enhance the overall experience.

I was really let down by my stay, as the hotel did not live up to the expectations set on their website. While the central location was convenient, the condition of the room felt very outdated and unwelcoming, which is disappointing for a place that calls itself boutique. The lack of housekeeping and poor furnishings made the experience less than pleasant, and I wouldn't recommend it for the price we paid.

Rooms
5.0
The room was quite old and not well-maintained, with dusty surfaces and a mattress that didn't seem clean. It felt much more tired than I expected from a boutique hotel.
Service
5.0
The service was lacking; the staff didn't seem to care much about customer satisfaction, and my request for a room change due to noise was met with indifference.
Location
6.0
The hotel is centrally located, which was a plus, but the parking situation was a hassle, with nowhere to easily drop off bags.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast options were quite poor and didn't feel worth the additional cost.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities were disappointing, with little to no effort made to maintain or upgrade the amenities.

6.0/10

The hotel has a unique character, boasting a beautiful building and spacious rooms, but the experience was marred by significant noise from the nightclub below and some discrepancies with customer service and amenities. While the welcoming host was friendly and helpful, the overall impression was mixed with concerns about value for money and upkeep.

Rooms
7.0
The room was huge and clean, featuring a nice roll-top bath. However, there were issues with noise and some decor felt tired.
Service
5.0
The host at reception was friendly and helpful, but the initial check-in experience and the lack of customer service regarding bag storage were disappointing.
Location
8.0
Ideally located in the center of Skipton, close to everything you need, but the noise from the nightlife can be a major downside.
Dining
6.0
Dining options were minimal and leaves room for improvement; breakfast had a limited selection.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities included a bar, but it lacked the elegance advertised, feeling more like a busy youth drinking spot.

5.0/10

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Although it is in a central location, the quality does not match the expectations set by their marketing materials. The room was tidy, but overall it felt dated, and the noise from the nightclub below made restful sleep impossible. The customer service was particularly lacking, and I felt more like a burden than a guest. I certainly wouldn't recommend this hotel, especially given the price.

Rooms
5.0
The room was tidy but quite old with a dusty feel, and the mattress was not clean.
Service
5.0
The service was lacking; the staff seemed unprofessional and uninterested in assisting.
Location
6.0
The location is central but very inconvenient without proper parking options.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast availability was limited, and staff were unaccommodating even for basic requests.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel lacked adequate facilities and maintained a very noisy environment.
